Our amazing itinerary is:

• Nov. 2, 2024 – Arrival in Dubai – Arrival at Dubai airport and transfer to your 5 star hotel. Enjoy your car ride while witnessing this beautiful city of Dubai. Rest of day free to relax and recover from your flight. Meals are on your own.
• Nov. 3, 2024 – Dubai Classic City Tour with Cooking Demonstration & Dubai by Night. – Enjoy breakfast at the hotel then meet our driver guide at the hotel lobby at 9am. Today we visit the Gold Souk and spice souk, Enjoy an Abra Boat Ride as head to the Bastakia Area. Here you will enjoy and learn about the Emirati culture and history. Q&A Session with the Emirati presenter. then a cooking demo of Emirati Culture food. Then take part in a cooking session and enjoy the meal. We return to the hotel to rest and at 5pm we depart for the Miracle Garden. On the was witnessing the skyscrapers of Dubai city, we then visit the Miracle Garden and head over to Global Village. Dinner is on your own at the Global Village before we return to our hotel.
• Nov. 4, 2024 – Overnight at Desert (Ras Al Khaimah Camp). – Enjoy breakfast at the hotel then check out of the hotel, leaving your luggage in the store at the hotel. We then head to Ras Al Khaimah by 4×4 Jeep in the desert. Enjoy Dune bashing and photo stop at a dune with sunset before heading to our camp in the desert. There you will enjoy a BBQ dinner and belly dance show, Tanura Dance show & Fire dance show. (No belly Dance in the Ramadan Period), Then  you will be escorted to the Dome stay and enjoy an overnight stay in Ras Al Khaimah.
• Nov. 5, 2024 – Full Day at AquaVenture & lost chamber. – Start the day with breakfast at the hotel then at 9am we head for Atlantis Aquaventure. Enjoy a full dat at Aquaventure and lost chamber with entrance tickets. Lunch and dinner on your own. That evening we return to the hotel.
• Nov. 6, 2024 – Full-day Abu Dhabi tour with Louvre Museum and Qasar Al Watan. – Start the day with breakfast at the hotel then at 9am our tour bus takes us to Abu Dhabi. There you will visit the Sheikh Zayed grand mosque, the Louvre Museum and Abrahamic House. Photo stop at Emirates Palace and drive through the Al Bateen area. Free time for shopping and lunch on your own. Visit Qasar Al Watan with entrance tickets and a photo stop Ferrari world and yas island. That evening we return to Dubai where dinner is on your own.
• Nov. 7, 2024 – Dubai Modern City tour with Burj Khalifa 124 & 125. – Enjoy breakfast this morning at the hotel then meet our driver at 9am in the lobby. We head over to the Dubai Marina where you can enjoy your free walk and take some nice pictures with the marine view. Then we head over to Palm Jumeirah. There will be a photo stop Ain Dubai, Blu Island and Atlantis the Palm. Visit the souk madin at Jumeirah and take a nice picture of you with the view of Burj al Arab before heading to Dubai Mall. Around 1:30pm we visit the Burj Khalifa observation deck 124 & 125. Around 3pm we head back to the hotel and dinner is on your own.
• Nov. 8, 2024 – Depart for Home – After breakfast transfer by coach to the Dubai International airport for your return flight home with a head full of memories.

Cost – This will vary based on how many people sign up. But here is the breakdown. Rates are per person based on double occupancy.

We offer two prices on this tour, one for the public and one for NATCA Members. NATCA members for this tour are active or retiree NATCA members or spouse, parent or parent-in-law of the NATCA member and anyone traveling with them.

For the public, the price is

• 10 to 14 guests – $2,049pp
• 15 to 19 guests – $1,899pp
• 20 to 24 guests – $1,819pp
• 25 to 29 guests – $1,769pp
• 30 to 34 guests – $1,729pp
• 35 to 39 guests – $1,699pp
• 40 to 45 guests – $1,679pp
• Single supplement – add $999 – Limited to 6 single room, first book, first get. Waitlist after that.

• 10 to 14 guests – $1,899pp
• 15 to 19 guests – $1,799pp
• 20 to 24 guests – $1,699pp
• 25 to 29 guests – $1,629pp
• 30 to 34 guests – $1,599pp
• 35 to 39 guests – $1,569pp
• 40 to 45 guests – $1,549pp
• Single supplement – add $919 – Limited to 6 single room, first book, first get. Waitlist after that. 

We have a 10 person minimum to make the tour go. If you sign up at the higher price and we get more people, you will end up paying what the final price for the tour ends up. For example, you sign up when we only have 20 people signed up, the cost is the higher price shown. But if we end up with over 35 or more going the price drops and that price based on how many are booked would be the final price you would pay.

Yes you can bring friends with you and parents and in-laws of employees can book into this also and go at the same rate as you do as the NATCA member. We want to fill the group to 45 to get the rate down. If we get an overwhelming response we will go to our operator and see about adding a 2nd or 3rd date. Otherwise once we hit 45 we will have a waitlist in case of cancellations.

Deposit is $500pp at the time of booking.

Final Payment is due on Aug. 20, 2024.

No penalty if you cancel prior to or on Aug. 20, 2024.

Full penalty if cancelled after Aug., 2024.

We strongly suggest you take out travel insurance to cover you for cancellation or medical issues while on the trip. Ask our agent for that info or click here to purchase it.

If we are unable to operate the tour due to Covid restrictions. then everyone booked will get a full refund to their credit card they paid with.
